Studies have shown that it takes an average of 60 days to change a habit. With that in mind, we have created a 60-day program as a guide to help you make healthy lifestyle changes. This challenge can be followed by both diabetics and nondiabetics who want to lose 10 pounds or permanently change a bad habit, like snacking on potato chips between meals or eating dessert while watching TV at bedtime.
Everyone is unique and different, and one size does not fit all. This program is individual-centric. With the tips provided in this program, you can work on one habit or multiple habits over 60 days.
